- Basics of mental training: Focus, attention, performance level under pressure
- Influence of thoughts/expectations
- Breathing & activation regulation: shut down/activate
- Pre-shot routine: clear mental checklist before shooting
- Visualization: mental test run for clean processes
- Reset after errors

- You have attended the basic pistol level I course
- Minimum age 18 years

Was kann/muss ich für den Kurs mitnehmen?
Für den Kurs müssen Sie ausser eines gültigen Ausweisdokuments nichts mitbringen. Sehr gerne dürfen Sie eine persönliche Pistole mitnehmen.
Kann ich den Kurs ohne Vorkenntnisse besuchen?
Nein, Sie müssen das Kurszertifikat unseres Grundkurses Pistole Level I vorweisen können. Wir führen dazu eine Liste.
Gibt es ein Mindestalter?
Grundsätzlich ist das Mindestalter 18 Jahre. Minderjährige können aber in Begleitung einer erwachsenen Person teilnehmen.
Muss ich für den Besuch die Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft besitzen?
Nein, das ist nicht zwingend notwendig. Aufgrund des Schweizer Waffengesetzes gelten aber Ausnahmen. So dürfen die Staaten Serbien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo, Mazedonien, Türkei, Sri Lanka, Algerien, Albanien keine Waffe abfeuern.
